About Hanging Lights & Pendant Lights

Pendant lights bring the glow down to where life happens. Hang one over the dining table, above the kitchen island or beside the bed.

Ours begin with the material. Borosilicate glass, cane, rattan, alabaster, travertine, teak and linen, each shaped by hand in our Greater Noida factory.

Switch one on and the weave throws its pattern, the stone warms and the glass glows. Every pendant hangs from 304-grade stainless steel that never rusts.

How do you size and fit pendant lights?

Keep the bottom 75–85 cm above a dining table or island. Where people walk under it, keep 210 cm clear. Each pendant comes on 1.5 m of wire, shortened when it is fitted. Why buy pendant lights from the maker?

We have made our pendants in our own Greater Noida factory since 2015. Every metal part is 304 stainless steel, with a lifetime rust warranty on orders from 4 October 2026. What size hanging light do I need over a dining table or island?
For one pendant, pick a shade about half your table's width. A 90 cm wide table suits a shade about 40–45 cm across. For a long table or a kitchen island, hang two or three smaller pendants about 70–80 cm apart.
How high should a pendant light hang?
Keep the bottom 75–85 cm above a dining table or kitchen island. Where people walk under it, keep at least 210 cm clear of the floor. Most of our pendants come on 1.5 m of wire, shortened to your height at fitting.
Which hanging light suits a low ceiling?
For a ceiling under 9 ft (about 2.7 m), hang a small pendant over a table, bed or counter, where nobody walks under it. A 15–25 cm glass globe or a slim cylinder works well. Over a walkway, pick a flush ceiling light instead.
Are fabric hanging lights hard to clean?
No. Switch the light off, let it cool, then dust the linen or silk shade once a week with a soft brush. For a mark, dab it gently with a damp cloth. Never soak the shade.
Does a pendant light come with a bulb?
Pendants with a holder (E27, E14 or G9) come without a bulb; fit a 3000K warm-white LED. Pendants with a built-in LED are 3000K warm white already. Our lights are not dimmable, so a normal switch is all you need.
How long does a pendant light take to reach me, and who fits it?
In-stock pendants leave our factory within 4 working days, with free shipping across India. Made-to-order pieces take 12–15 working days, and custom sizes 15–20. Any licensed electrician fits one in 20–30 minutes, and we help free on a video call.
Which hanging ceiling lights suit a living room or bedroom?
In a living room with a ceiling of 10 ft or more, one large pendant or a cluster of three can hang as the centrepiece. Keep at least 210 cm clear below it where people walk. In a bedroom, hang a small pendant on each side of the bed in place of bedside lamps. Fit 3000K warm-white light in both rooms so the evening stays calm.
Is it a pendent light or a pendant light?
Both mean the same thing: a light that hangs from the ceiling on a wire, cord, rod or chain. The correct spelling is pendant light, but many people search for a pendent light and land on the same hanging lights. Ours hang on 1.5 m as standard, shortened at installation.
Where can I buy hanging lights and pendant lights in India?
Right here, online. We have made our hanging lights and pendant lights in our own Greater Noida factory since 2015, and we ship them free across India. Pay by UPI, card, net banking or EMI on eligible cards.
Do you make small pendant lights?
Yes. Small pendant lights suit a bedside, a kitchen counter or a short passage, and look best hung in a row of two or three. Our slimmest is the travertine cylinder pendant light, one tube of natural stone just 4 cm wide. The glass hanging lamp Calypso has an 18 cm borosilicate glass shade.
Will a metal pendant light rust?
No. Every metal part of our pendant lights, from the canopy and rod to the holder and frame, is 304-grade stainless steel, never iron. It carries a lifetime warranty against rusting (orders from 4 October 2026), so a metal pendant light from us suits a kitchen or a humid coastal home too.
