Overview
Your gate is the first thing a guest sees at night. This boundary wall light makes it look cared for. A slim square column of 304-grade stainless steel throws warm light up and down your wall. A row of thin slots near the top glows in clean lines. It is 26.7 cm tall and IP65 rated for rain and dust, so it works as an outdoor up and down light on a gate, porch or facade.
What makes this boundary wall light different?
Look at the back. The column sits on a round disc of real walnut wood, 14 cm across. Switch it on and the light slips past the disc’s edge, so the grain glows warm against your wall.
Most gate lights are a box of plastic and glass. This one is steel and wood, made by hand in our Greater Noida factory.
Steel that carries wood
Walnut is wood that took years to grow its grain. Our craftsman cuts the disc and shapes its soft curved edge. The grain is left exactly as it grew, so no two backplates match.
The column is 304-grade stainless steel in an antique brass finish. It is folded into a square, with each slot cut in a straight, even line. Steel is the frame here, not the hero. It holds the light and lets the wood show.
At night the steel goes quiet and the light takes over. A soft band rises up the wall. Another falls below. The slots draw thin lines of gold in between.
Where it works
Fix a pair on your gate pillars for a balanced entrance. Run a few along your boundary or compound wall to mark the edge of your home in warm light. It also suits car porches, staircase landings, covered lobbies, garden walls and building facades.
It projects just 8.9 cm from the wall, so people walk past without noticing it. Keep about 40 cm clear in front on narrow walkways.
Light, fitting and care
It takes one G9 bulb. The bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white G9 LED for the soft golden glow you see in the photos. It runs on 220–240V mains and mounts with two screws through the round backplate.
Every metal part is 304-grade stainless steel, so the column will not rust in the monsoon. You get a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026. Spare parts stay available for 10+ years.

Vastu tradition says the main entrance should never be dark. A gate lit softly on both sides feels welcoming, and a pair of matching lights keeps the entrance balanced.
Vastu writers also favour warm light over harsh white at the entrance, and they advise against red light there. They suggest lighting the whole perimeter evenly, with no dark corners along the boundary wall. North and east walls are often named as good places for light fittings.

FAQ
How high should I mount a boundary wall light?
Mount it 180–220 cm above the ground on gate pillars and boundary walls. At that height the 26.7 cm column sits near eye level and the beam lights the full pillar face. For low garden walls, 120–150 cm gives a lower, warmer glow. On a long wall, one every 3–4 metres gives an even wash.
Which bulb does it take, and is it included?
It takes one G9 bulb, and the bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white G9 LED for the warm glow in our photos.
Will it rust outdoors?
No. Every metal part is 304-grade stainless steel. It carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026 (Legal Policies 4.1A). The light is IP65 rated, so rain and dust stay out.
Is the backplate real wood?
Yes. The round backplate is real walnut wood, shaped by hand. Its grain is natural, so each disc looks a little different.
How is it installed?
Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes: two screws through the round backplate, then connect the mains wire. We give free video-call support if you need it.
