Small Wall Light – Alabaster Stone Globe Sconce (10 cm)

Switch it on and the stone glows from inside. This small wall light is a 6.7 cm globe of natural alabaster on a slim 10 cm backplate. Small enough to sit beside a headboard. Warm enough to change how the evening feels.

Real alabaster, shaped by hand

Alabaster is stone formed beneath the earth. It is softer than marble and lets light through, which is why it glows instead of just reflecting.

Our craftsman in Greater Noida reads each block before he cuts it. He decides where the veins should show, then turns and polishes the globe by hand. Nothing is printed or painted on. What you see is the stone.

Unlit, it looks like a smooth river stone on your wall. Lit, it turns a soft warm amber and the veins come forward. With a 4–6 W LED, the stone stays cool to the touch.

Small wall lights: where this one works best

Bedroom. Mount a pair on either side of the bed, 140–150 cm from the floor and 60–80 cm apart. It does the job of a bedside lamp without taking the table.

Bathroom vanity. Fit it beside the mirror at about 160 cm, eye level for most adults. The glow spreads across the wall, so your face is lit softly, not harshly.

Hallway, entrance and living room. Raise it to 180–200 cm as a feature accent. A row of small glowing stones makes a long corridor feel warmer.

It sits best in modern minimalist, Japandi, contemporary, wabi-sabi and transitional rooms. Linen headboards, plaster walls, teak and marble all suit it. Light and fitting

The globe takes an E14 bulb, up to 40 W. The bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white LED of 4–6 W. It brings out the honey tones of the stone and uses very little power.

Light leaves the globe in every direction, up, out and slightly down. You get a soft halo on the wall, not a spotlight. This light is not dimmable.

The backplate is 304-grade stainless steel, in a gold finish or a matte black finish. Choose gold for warm, traditional rooms and matte black for modern or Japandi rooms. Stainless steel does not rust, and it carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.

It runs on 220–240 V and is rated IP20 for indoor use. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes: two screws on the backplate, then connect the wiring. We also help on a free video call.
