Will it fit my interior?
Know your light
This twin oval wall light sets two hand-finished opal glass balls into a reeded wood capsule backplate, lit by concealed G9 bulbs. The ribbed oval frame — 412 mm tall and just 157 mm wide — gives the piece an Art Deco rhythm, while the two opal globes glow as soft, warm orbs. Available in matt gold or antique bronze, it is made for bedsides, beside a mirror, in a hallway, or flanking a bed as a pair.
Where it fits
- Beside the bed — as a pair either side of the headboard, the twin orbs give soft, symmetric reading light without a bedside footprint.
- Beside a mirror or artwork — the tall, slim oval frames a mirror, console or framed piece and lights it evenly from two heights.
- Hallway or entry — at 126 mm projection it fills a narrow wall with warmth and rhythm while sitting clear of a passing shoulder.
- Living-room accent — a quiet sculptural glow next to a sofa, shelf or reading chair.
Why you’ll use it every day
Two lights in one compact fixture give even, layered light instead of a single hotspot. The opal glass diffuses each G9 bulb into a soft sphere with no visible filament — easy on the eyes late in the evening. The reeded wood oval adds warmth and an Art Deco texture that plain metal can’t, and it comes in matt gold for a bright, warm look or antique bronze for a deeper, moodier one. Standard G9 bulbs mean you choose the brightness and warmth and swap them whenever you like.
Light & finish
Lit, the two opal balls become even, warm orbs cupped by the ribbed oval frame, which catches a gentle glow along its reeding. Choose matt gold for a warm, brushed-brass character that suits light, airy interiors, or antique bronze for a darker, dramatic look against textured or moody walls. The wood frame gives a softer feel than metal, and a single neat back plate holds it flush to the wall.
Vaastu & positive energy
In Vaastu, warm metallic tones such as gold and bronze are associated with warmth and prosperity, and rounded, oval forms with smooth, circulating energy free of sharp corners. Soft, warm light through opal glass is linked with a calm, restful atmosphere, and a symmetric pair beside a bed or mirror is associated with balance and harmony. These are design associations, not guaranteed outcomes.

What buyers say
Common questions
What finishes does this twin oval wall light come in?
Two: matt gold (a warm, brushed-brass look) and antique bronze (a deeper, darker tone). Both are the same price and size — choose the finish on the product page.
How big is it, and how far does it stand out from the wall?
It is 412 mm (16.2 in) tall and 157 mm (6.2 in) wide, and projects 126 mm (5 in) from the wall. Each opal ball is ø100 mm (4 in).
How many bulbs does it use, and are they included?
It uses two G9 bulbs — one per opal ball — which are not included. We recommend warm white G9 LEDs (2700–3000K) for the softest glow.
Is the frame real wood?
Yes — the oval backplate is reeded wood, finished in matt gold or antique bronze, holding two opal glass balls.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
It is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations, so it is ideal beside a dressing or powder-room mirror, but not in a wet or shower zone.
Can I buy a pair for either side of a bed?
Yes — it looks especially good in a symmetric pair. Mount each at 120–150 cm from the floor, spaced to frame the headboard. Browse our full wall lights collection for matching pieces.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, with dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Bulbs are not included, so choose dimmable ones if you want that option.
