Round Alabaster Wall Sconce – Opal Glass Disc, 27 cm

An alabaster wall light cut from natural veined stone — this 27 cm round disc glows warm amber from a borosilicate opal-glass centre and washes soft light through every grain of the stone’s surface. No two pieces look identical. The brass-finish backplate mounts flat, and the disc projects just 14.5 cm from the wall — enough presence for a feature wall, compact enough for a narrow hallway. A wall-mounted alabaster wall light removes the lamp from your bedside table entirely — no base, no cord snaking to a socket, no surface space lost. The G9 socket is compact; a 2.5–4W warm LED capsule is enough light for a bedroom. Use it as the primary source in a smaller room or layer it with a ceiling pendant in a larger one. The disc’s dual-direction diffusion — through the borosilicate opal glass centre and through the translucent stone rim — fills a wall with even, shadowless warmth.

Light & finish

The borosilicate opal glass at the centre spreads a warm circle directly onto the wall behind, while the natural stone at the disc rim glows soft amber at its edge. The result is a layered halo — bright at the core, fading through stone, luminous at the boundary. No bulb is visible from any angle. The brass-finish metal backplate adds a warm metallic accent without competing with the stone.
