Overview
Switch it on and the stone glows from inside. This alabaster wall light is carved from real natural stone and lit up and down. Light leaves through two scoops, one above and one below. The wall above warms up. The wall below warms up. The room feels finished.
What is this alabaster wall light?
A 35 cm wall sconce in cream alabaster with a pinched waist. Alabaster is stone formed beneath the earth. A craftsman in our Greater Noida factory reads the block first, veins and all. He decides where to cut, which curve to polish, and which vein to leave alone. Then he carves and polishes the two scoops by hand. The veins and warm patches you see are the stone’s own. No two pieces match.
The thin edge of its backplate shows along one side: 304-grade stainless steel in a gold finish, with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026. The light is 8 cm wide and sits just 6.5 cm off the wall. Off, it is a quiet stone bar. On, it is the warmest thing in the room. It is one of our LED up and down lights: the 3000K warm-white LED is built in, so there is no bulb to buy. That LED carries a 1-year warranty on orders from 4 October 2026. For a taller stacked-stone piece, see our alabaster wall sconce.
Where does it fit?
Beside the bed, in place of a table lamp. Mount the centre at 140–150 cm and your bedside table stays clear. That is why it sits in our bedroom wall lights.
As a pair, it frames a sofa wall or a painting. Browse more living room wall lights for the match. In a corridor, one every 2–3 metres gives a soft, repeating glow. See our hallway wall lights.
Beside a bathroom or powder-room mirror, it gives soft light to the face from the side. Alabaster lights with a built-in LED are rated IP65: dust-tight and protected against water jets. See our bathroom wall lights. All of these are indoor wall lights, made for inside the home.

Free 15-min designer consult →Vastu
Vastu tradition asks for soft, warm light in the bedroom, and no harsh white light. A 3000K warm-white glow fits that. This light sits beside the bed, not over it, so there is no glare on your face when you lie down.
Vastu also favours natural materials, stone among them, and rooms without dark corners. Alabaster is earth, and its light washes the wall above and below. One by the bed or a pair along a passage keeps corners from going dark.
Natural stone grounds a room and warm light calms it. That is why this piece also sits in our alabaster lighting and mandir lights collections. Vastu is a tradition of arranging a home so it feels right, not a promise of luck.
Care
·Dust regularly with a soft, dry microfibre cloth.
·Spot-clean with a pH-neutral cleaner on a cloth — never spray directly.
·Wipe the stainless steel gently dry after cleaning.
·Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals.
·Indoor use only unless an IP rating is specified.
·Switch off the circuit before any electrical maintenance.
·Check mounting hardware periodically and tighten if needed.
