Travertine Gooseneck Wall Light – Drum Shade, 36 cm

Sit at the mirror, switch it on, and the light lands right where you need it. Looking for a wall light for dressing table mirrors, a vanity or a desk? This one hangs a 20 cm drum of real travertine from a curved gooseneck arm. It is 36 cm tall and reaches 27 cm out from the wall, so the light falls on your face and your table, not on the ceiling.

You choose the backplate. Walnut wood for warmth, or travertine for an all-stone piece. The shade, arm and size stay the same.

Real travertine, shaped by hand

Travertine is stone formed beneath the earth, layer by layer, from mineral-rich water. That is where its soft cream bands and tiny pits come from.

A craftsman in our Greater Noida factory reads each block before he cuts. He shapes the rounded drum, smooths its face, and leaves the natural pits open. They are the stone’s own character, not a flaw. No two drums match.

The walnut backplate is wood that took years to grow its grain. We cut it, finish it, and leave the grain to show. The travertine backplate is cut from the same warm stone as the shade.

The arm is 304-grade stainless steel in an antique bronze finish. It carries the stone and will not rust. We give a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026, on every stainless steel part.

What the light does with the stone

One G9 holder sits inside the drum, above a white diffuser. The light falls downward, onto a mirror, a dressing table or a page. The rim of the stone catches it and glows warm, so the drum looks lit from within at its edge.

Fit a warm-white 3000K G9 LED and the travertine turns honey-gold. The light stays soft on the face, which is what you want at a mirror.

Where this travertine wall light works best

Dressing table. One beside an arched or round mirror, or a pair either side. Mount the shade at about eye level, around 165–175 cm from the floor, 15–20 cm out from each side of the mirror.

Vanity mirror in a dressing area or powder room. A matched pair frames the mirror and lights your face evenly. Keep it on a dry wall, away from showers and splash zones.

Light and fitting

It takes one G9 bulb, a standard size that is easy to find and replace. The bulb is not included; fit a 3000K warm-white G9 LED. It runs on 220–240V.

It is not dimmable. It gives one fixed, warm light. It is rated IP20, for indoor dry walls only, so keep it away from showers, splash zones and the outdoors.

It is a hardwired wall sconce. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes, and we give free video-call support.
