Overview
Some walls just need one soft light. This opal wall lamp gives it. A 5-inch globe of opal borosilicate glass sits on a slim arm in an antique brass finish. Switch it on and the wall turns warm and even, with no glare in your eyes.
It comes in three sizes. Size A holds one globe upright, 32 cm tall. Size C holds two globes, one up and one down, 40.7 cm tall. Size B drops one globe low on a long rod, 46.6 cm tall.
What is an opal wall lamp made of?
The globe is opal borosilicate glass. Borosilicate glass is melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina. White colour is added while the glass is made, which is what makes it opal. Each 5-inch shade is hand-blown, so it has the soft, round body a mould can’t quite give.
Switch it on and the light doesn’t leave as a hard point. It spreads through the whole globe and comes out as a calm, even glow. That is why opal glass is kind to faces, mirrors and painted walls.
The arm, collar and backplate are 304-grade stainless steel. Our craftsmen cut and join the steel in our Greater Noida factory. Then they hand-apply the antique brass finish to its surface. The steel is the frame that carries the glass. It will not rust, and it carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
Where does a glass wall lamp like this work best?
Hang a pair either side of a bedroom headboard, with the shade centred 140–150 cm from the floor. Run a row down a hallway or a hotel corridor at 180–200 cm for steady, even light. Fit one beside a vanity mirror in a dry dressing area, at eye level, around 160–165 cm.

Which bulb, and is it dimmable?
Each globe has an E27 holder. The bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white LED of 5–7 W for the warmest, most flattering light. A 3000K LED filament bulb works too, if you like a vintage look. Size C takes two bulbs, one per globe.
The lamp is not dimmable. It gives a fixed, warm 3000K light. It is an indoor light, rated IP20, and runs on 220–240V.
Use it as a soft layer beside a ceiling light, or as a bedside pair. A pair beside the bed is enough for evening reading on its own.

Vastu
Vastu tradition asks for warm, steady light where people rest and gather. Warm white is the tone it recommends for bedrooms and living rooms. This lamp is made for a 3000K warm-white bulb, and the opal glass keeps that light soft.
Vastu guides favour soft ambient and wall lights on the north and north-east walls. They keep the south and south-west quieter. They also advise against bright light directly above the bed. A pair of wall lamps beside the headboard follows that idea. The glow sits at your side, not over your head.

What bulb does this wall lamp use, and is it included?
It uses a standard E27 bulb, and the bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white LED of 5–7 W in each globe. Size C needs two.
