Marble Pendant Light – Vertical Brass & Black-Marble, 35.5 cm G9

Some lights fill a room. This one draws a line of warm light exactly where you need it — over the kitchen counter, the dining table or the bedside.

It is a marble pendant light in two stones. A slim cylinder of translucent white marble, 35.5 cm tall and 40 mm wide, hangs under a polished sphere of black marble. A brass-finish 304-grade stainless steel stem and canopy hold the two together. Hang one alone, or choose the double: two staggered drops from one Ø15 cm canopy.

Why a marble cylinder glows like this

Marble is stone formed beneath the earth over millions of years. Pressure and heat leave veins in it, and no two blocks carry the same ones.

A craftsman in our Greater Noida factory reads each piece before he cuts. He turns the white marble into a thin-walled cylinder so light can pass through it, then polishes the black marble into a sphere. Fine veins, small pinholes and shade changes stay. They are the stone’s own marks, not flaws.

Switch it on and the white marble glows from inside. The veins show softly, and a narrow pool of warm light falls straight down. The black sphere above catches the edge of that light and holds it. Stone, shaped by hand, brought to life by light.

Where this marble pendant light works best

Hang it where you want a focal point without a wide wash of light:

• Kitchen: one or two over a counter or a small island, 70–75 cm above the top.
• Dining room: a double over a table for two to four, 75–90 cm above the surface. Three singles in a row suit a six-seater.
• Bedroom: a single beside the bed in place of a table lamp, or a pair at two heights.
• Living room and hallway: over a console, a reading corner or a side table.

It sits well with natural stone tops, teak or oak tables, linen and neutral walls. It suits modern minimalist, Japandi, wabi-sabi and contemporary rooms. Light, fitting and the steel that holds it

Each drop takes one G9 bulb. The bulb is not included. Fit a 3–4W, 3000K warm-white G9 LED. It runs cool, draws very little power and gives a calm, golden light. The light is not dimmable.

The stem and canopy are 304-grade stainless steel with a brass finish. We give a lifetime warranty against rusting on these stainless steel parts, on orders from 4 October 2026. Some of the room photos show a dark finish on the stem. Other finishes are made on request.

The light hangs on Teflon-coated copper wire. The drop goes up to 150 cm and your electrician shortens it at installation. It runs on 220–240V and is rated IP20, for indoor use only.
