Glass Ball Pendant Light – 3-Ball Bedside Pendant with Opal Globe, 25 cm

Turn off the big light. Leave this one on. Three glass balls hang beside your bed, one above the other: chocolate brown, soft beige, and an opal-white globe that glows. This totem pendant light is 25 cm tall and just 12 cm wide, so it leaves your nightstand free for your book, your phone and your water. One G9 bulb sits inside the bottom globe, so the light falls soft and low.

Hand-blown borosilicate glass, in three colours

All three balls are high-quality borosilicate glass. It is melted from natural raw materials, silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina, and blown by hand into each sphere. That is why the curves catch the light the way they do, and why the glass stays clear and strong for years.

Colour is added to the glass while it is made. The top ball is brown borosilicate glass and the middle ball is beige borosilicate glass; both have a deep, glossy finish and stay unlit to give the piece its shape. The bottom globe is opal borosilicate glass: white added while it is made, so it hides the bulb and spreads the glow evenly, with no hot spot.

Our craftsmen blow, finish and assemble each set by hand in our own factory in Greater Noida. Because each ball is blown, no two are exactly alike. Switch it on and the opal globe fills with warm light, and the brown and beige curves above catch that glow.

Where does a small glass ball pendant work best?

Beside the bed is where it shines. Hang the bottom globe about 150–165 cm from the floor and it becomes your reading light. See more in our bedroom pendant lights.

Light, holder and fitting

It takes one G9 bulb, up to 40 W. The bulb is not included. Fit a 3–5 W G9 LED capsule in 3000K warm white for a gentle, cool-running glow. The light points down and fills the corner with soft ambient light. It is not dimmable.

The holder hardware is 304-grade stainless steel with a matte black finish. It never rusts, and we guarantee that for life. The canopy and cord are white.

It hangs on 1.5 m of cord as standard, shortened at installation to suit your ceiling. It runs on 220–240V and is rated IP20, for indoor rooms. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes, and we help free on a video call.
