What bulb does this linear wall light use?

How high should I mount this linear wall light?
For bedside use: bottom of the fixture at 100–110 cm from the floor so the centre sits at around 130 cm — right at eye level when seated in bed. For a hallway or living room feature wall: bottom at 140–150 cm so the top of the fixture clears 200 cm.
Can I use this linear wall light as the only light in a room?
It works well as the primary evening light in a bedroom — the 3000K glow is warm and restful. For a living room or study, layer it with a ceiling light for any tasks that need brighter overhead illumination.
