Know your light
The Twin Wall Sconce is a 677 mm (26.7 in) tall, two-light wall fixture: two reeded wood bowls finished in matt gold, each cradling a hand-finished opal glass ball over a G9 bulb, joined by a slim vertical stem strung with alternating gold-metal and natural green-stone beads. Lit, the opal balls glow as two soft, warm orbs; unlit, it reads as a piece of vertical jewellery for the wall. It is made to flank a mirror — in a powder room, dressing area, entry or bedroom — and looks its best as a symmetric pair.
Where it fits
- Beside a mirror — the vertical form sits alongside a vanity or dressing mirror, throwing soft, flattering light across the face from two heights.
- Powder room & dressing area — a warm, boutique-hotel touch in dry areas; the opal glass hides the bulb for a glare-free glow.
- Entry or hallway — a tall, sculptural welcome that fills a narrow stretch of wall without a table or floor space.
- Bedside — mounted as a pair either side of the bed, the two orbs give gentle reading light and quiet symmetry.
Why you’ll use it every day
Two lights from one fixture means even, layered light instead of a single hotspot — ideal at a mirror, where light from two heights is far more flattering. The opal glass diffuses each G9 bulb into a soft sphere with no visible filament, and the reeded wood bowls in matt gold add warmth and texture that plain metal can’t. The green-stone beads make the stem feel considered and bespoke rather than merely functional. It uses standard G9 bulbs, so you choose the brightness and warmth and swap them whenever you like.
Light & finish
Each opal ball becomes an even, warm orb when lit, cupped by a ribbed matt-gold bowl that catches a gentle glow along its ridges. The connecting stem alternates brushed gold-metal balls with natural green stone, so the piece has real material contrast — warm metal, soft glass, cool stone. Two neat round back plates hold it to the wall. It sits beautifully against warm plaster, limewash, timber, marble and arched niches, and suits mid-century, contemporary and quietly luxurious interiors.
Vaastu & positive energy
In Vaastu, gold tones are associated with warmth and prosperity, green stone with growth and calm, and round forms with smooth, circulating energy. Soft, warm light diffused through opal glass is linked with a restful atmosphere, and a balanced, symmetric piece is associated with harmony — which is why a matched pair beside a mirror or bed feels so settled. These are design associations, not guaranteed outcomes.

What buyers say
Common questions
How tall is this twin wall light?
It is 677 mm (26.7 in) tall overall. Each reeded bowl is ø157 mm (6.2 in), the opal ball is ø100 mm (R50), and it projects 115 mm (4.5 in) from the wall.
How many bulbs does it use, and are they included?
It uses two G9 bulbs — one per bowl — which are not included. We recommend warm white G9 LEDs (2700–3000K) for the softest glow through the opal glass.
What are the beads on the stem made of?
The connecting stem alternates gold-finish metal balls with natural green stone beads, giving the piece its material contrast of warm metal, soft opal glass and cool stone.
Can I use it in a bathroom?
It is rated IP20 for indoor dry locations, so it is ideal beside a powder-room or dressing mirror — but it should not be installed in a wet or shower zone.
Is it designed to go beside a mirror?
Yes. The tall vertical form is made to flank a mirror or vanity, lighting the face from two heights. It looks best mounted 5–10 cm from the mirror edge, and even better as a matched pair on both sides.
Is the bowl real wood?
Yes — the bowls are reeded wood with a matt gold finish, cradling opal glass balls. The back plates and beads are metal, with natural green stone accents.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, with dimmable G9 bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. Bulbs are not included, so choose dimmable ones if you want that option.
