Green Wall Light – Jade Stone and Opal Borosilicate Glass Double Sconce, Brushed Brass

Two lights. Two jobs. One quiet piece of stone on your wall. This green wall light is a double sconce: a soft opal borosilicate glass globe on one side, and a cylinder of real green jade stone on the other that you can aim. Both sit on a slim 30 cm plate in a brushed brass finish on 304-grade stainless steel.

What is this green wall light?

It is a double wall sconce for indoor rooms. The round globe gives a gentle, glare-free glow to the whole wall. The jade cylinder hangs from an adjustable joint, so you can tilt it to throw a focused pool of light onto a book, a console or a painting.

It is 30 cm wide, 16 cm tall and sits 16 cm off the wall. Our photos show it mounted with the plate level and with the plate upright, so you can plan it either way. Choose the side for the globe so the cylinder aims where you need light.

Real jade stone, polished by hand

Jade belongs to the Stone family of our materials: stone formed slowly beneath the earth. No two pieces carry the same pattern. Look close and you see deep green clouds, darker veins and lighter flecks running through it.

Our craftsman cuts the jade into a hollow cylinder and polishes it by hand. He leaves the veins exactly as the stone made them. So the green on your wall is real stone, not paint and not a printed finish.

The globe is opal borosilicate glass, melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina, with white added while the glass is made. Switch it on and the globe glows soft and even. The jade stays dark and rich, and light falls cleanly out of its open end.

Where does a double wall sconce like this work best?

• Beside your bed. The globe washes the wall softly while the jade cylinder aims down for reading. Mount it about 150–160 cm from the floor, or level with the top of the headboard.
• In the living room. Over a side table, a console or a reading chair, it layers warm light with art and low lamps.
• Along a hallway. Space a few evenly for a soft, continuous wash, with a natural stone note that does not crowd a narrow space.
• Above a dining console. The opal glow and warm brass tone keep the corner calm, while the cylinder lights the surface below.

Light and fitting

It takes two G9 bulbs. The bulbs are not included; fit a 3000K warm-white LED in each for the glow you see in our photos. It runs on 220–240V. It is not dimmable.

The plate, arm and adjustable joint are 304-grade stainless steel in a brushed brass finish. That steel will not rust, with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.

It is rated IP20, for indoor dry rooms, so keep it out of bathroom wet zones and away from rain. It is a hardwired wall plate. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes, and we give free video-call support.
