Stone Pendant Light – Handcrafted 25 cm Travertine & Opal Glass Globe

A stone pendant light for the table where dinner runs long. A 25 cm disc of real travertine sits above an 8 cm opal borosilicate glass globe. The globe sends warm light down onto your plates. The stone catches a soft wash of light on its underside. Together, they make a dining table feel like a place worth staying at for an extra hour.

Real travertine, honed by hand

Travertine is stone, laid down over thousands of years where mineral springs met the earth. That is where its small pores and warm beige mottling come from. We don’t fill them or hide them.

A craftsman in our Greater Noida factory cuts each disc and hones it by hand. He leaves the stone’s own texture untouched. So no two discs look quite the same.

Switch it on and the opal globe glows soft and even. Light washes up under the stone, and the beige comes alive. You see the glow, never the bulb.

Where a stone pendant light works best

Hang it 75–90 cm above a dining table, or 70–75 cm above a kitchen island counter. The 25 cm disc suits a table up to 6 ft. Hang one over a round table for four. Hang two in a row over a rectangular one, 60–70 cm apart, for a 6–8 ft table.

Light, bulb and fitting

The stem, canopy and globe collar are 304-grade stainless steel with a brass finish. The steel will not rust. It carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.

The light hangs on Teflon-coated copper wire, up to 120 cm long, below a 15 cm stem. The maximum overall drop is 147 cm. Your electrician shortens the wire at installation.

It takes one G9 bulb, up to 40 W. The bulb is not included. Fit a 4–6 W, 3000K warm-white LED. The opal globe spreads it so even 4 W feels soft and generous.

This light is not dimmable. It runs on 220–240 V and is rated IP20, for indoor use. Clean the stone and the globe with a dry cloth. Keep chemicals off the travertine.
