Gold Candle Cup Cover – 40 mm Stainless Steel Chandelier Component

One bare socket can make a whole chandelier look unfinished. This gold candle cup cover fixes that. It is a small round cup of 304-grade stainless steel, 40 mm across and 25 mm tall, with a brushed gold finish.

It slips over the base of each candle arm and hides the socket, the bracket joint and the wiring. The candle tube or threaded rod passes up through the hole in the centre. The underside is open and hollow, so it drops neatly over the fitting.

What is this candle cup cover made of?

Steel is the quiet frame in everything we make. It carries the crystal, the glass and the stone, so it has to last. That is why every metal part we make is 304-grade stainless steel.

In our Greater Noida factory, each cup is formed from one piece of steel, with a clean rolled edge and a centre hole. Its outside is then brushed by hand in one direction and given a gold finish. Look at the photos and you can see the fine brush lines. The inside stays plain steel, because no one sees it once it is on the arm.

Under your room’s light, the brushed gold gives a warm, soft gleam, not a hard mirror shine. It also hides small fingerprints better than a polished surface, so the arm stays neat in daily use.

Which chandeliers does it fit?

• Multi-arm chandeliers: use one cover per arm with an E14 candle tube, so every arm carries the same finished base.
• Jhumars and crystal chandeliers: where the join between arm and socket shows and breaks the line of the light.
• Wall lights, floor lamps and table lamps: any fitting with a standard E14 candle tube that needs a neat base.
• Repairs and new builds: replace one tarnished or lost cup without rewiring, or fit a cover on every arm before you hang the light.

It sits best with antique brass, antique gold and brushed gold frames, in traditional, transitional and Art Deco rooms. With modern chrome, satin nickel or matte black fittings, gold is not the right match.

How do you fit a gold candle cup cover?

Slide the cover down over the base of the arm, open side first, so the candle tube or rod comes up through the centre hole. Then fit the candle tube and bulb as usual. No tools and no rewiring. Not sure on fitting day? We give free video-call help.
