Textured Amber Glass Pendant Light – 26 cm Globe, Brass Finish, E27

Switch it on and your table turns the colour of late-evening sun. This textured glass pendant light is a 26 cm globe of amber borosilicate glass, ribbed like a melon and pressed all over with a fine leaf pattern. Lit or unlit, it is the first thing people notice when they sit down. Think of it as an amber globe pendant light with texture: every rib and every leaf catches the glow.

Amber borosilicate glass, shaped by hand

Glass begins as earth. Silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina are melted together into clear borosilicate glass. Amber colour goes in while the glass is made, so it lives inside the glass, not on top of it.

The globe is hand-moulded. Each rib carries rows of small raised marks, set close like the veins of a leaf. That relief is what gives this pendant its character.

Now the light. A warm bulb inside hits every rib and every ridge. The glow breaks into honey tones: golden on the ceiling, deeper amber on the walls, a soft pool on the table below.

Light, fitting and finish

The cap, holder and ceiling canopy are 304-grade stainless steel with a brass finish. Steel like this does not rust, and it carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026. The brass tone picks up the amber and keeps the whole piece warm.

It takes one E27 bulb. The bulb is not included; fit a 3000K warm-white LED, 6–8 W, for the richest amber glow. The light is not dimmable. It is IP20, for indoor rooms.

The globe hangs on a clear cord up to 120 cm long, shortened at installation to suit your ceiling. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes, and we help on a free video call.
