Know your light
This ceramic dome pendant light tops a travertine-textured ceramic shade with a turned natural wood ball, and cradles a white opal glass globe underneath. The opal glass spreads a soft, warm glow while the porous ceramic keeps the look earthy and calm. It suits a bedside, a kitchen counter, or a run over a dining table in a Japandi, wabi-sabi or warm-modern home.
Where it fits
- Bedside or reading nook: the compact 15 cm shade hangs neatly beside a bed and frees the nightstand.
- Over a dining table or kitchen island: hang one, or run two or three of this ceramic dome pendant light in a row for a warm, textured line of light.
- Entry, hallway or landing: a single piece adds a soft, organic glow to a small space.
- Breakfast bar or counter: the downward opal-glass glow is easy on the eyes while you cook or eat.

Why you’ll use it every day
The white opal glass turns a plain bulb into a soft, even glow with no harsh glare, so the room feels calm morning and night. The ceramic shade sits over the globe, so most of the light falls gently downward onto a table or bedside, exactly where you want it. Because the shade is real textured ceramic, every piece carries slightly different pitting and tone, so this ceramic dome pendant light looks handmade rather than mass-produced. The natural wood ball warms up the palette and ties the light to wood furniture. It is made in India, and Jagmag keeps spare parts for 10+ years, so one light lasts.
Light & finish
Lit, the opal glass globe glows warm and even, and a little light catches the pitted ceramic rim above it. Unlit, the piece reads as a calm, sculptural object — matte stone-like ceramic, a pale wood ball and a milky glass sphere. The brown twisted fabric cord keeps the look soft and natural. This ceramic dome pendant light gives warm, low-glare light that flatters skin and food, so it works over a dining table as well as at a bedside.
Vaastu & positive energy
In Vaastu, natural materials such as ceramic (earth element) and wood are associated with grounding, stability and calm, which many people prefer in bedrooms and dining spaces. The soft, diffused glow of this ceramic dome pendant light is commonly considered restful and welcoming, unlike harsh direct light. Rounded shapes — the dome, the globe and the wood ball — are traditionally preferred over sharp edges for smooth, easy energy flow. Warm white light is often linked with comfort and togetherness around the dining table.

What buyers say
Common questions
What is a ceramic dome pendant light made of?
A textured ceramic dome shade, a white opal glass globe and a natural wood ball, on a brown fabric cord. The ceramic gives each piece a unique, handmade look.
Does it come with a bulb?
No. It takes a G9 bulb, which is not included. A 3–4 W warm-white LED (2700–3000K) gives the softest glow through the opal glass.
How big is it and how high should I hang it?
It is 17 cm tall and 15 cm wide. Over a table, hang the base 75 to 85 cm above the surface; at a bedside, set it at comfortable reading height.
Where does a ceramic dome pendant light work best?
Beside a bed, over a kitchen counter, in an entry, or clustered over a dining table. The warm, downward glow suits everyday rooms.
Is it indoor only?
Yes, it is rated IP20 for indoor use.
Can I hang several together?
Yes. Two or three in a row look striking over a dining table or island. Tell us your table size and we will suggest how many and at what spacing.
