Here’s the problem with most pendant chandeliers in a double-height space: they cluster near the ceiling and leave the middle of the room feeling empty and awkward.

This one cascades. The pendants run from short to long, spiralling downward over 12 full feet (3658 mm). It fills the vertical height — from canopy to the lowest pendant tip, the whole drop feels intentional, not just big.

Why alabaster? Not glass, not acrylic — actual stone

Alabaster is a natural mineral. When you light it from within, it doesn’t just glow — it transmits light through the stone itself. The gold, brown and cream veining inside each pendant becomes visible. Every cylinder on this chandelier has a slightly different pattern. That’s natural variation, not inconsistency.

At night with the lights on, each cylinder looks like a glowing stone fossil. During the day, unlit, the stone still has presence — warm tones, natural texture, nothing plastic-looking about it.

The end caps are metal with a black finish. The round canopy is black-finished steel. The contrast between warm stone and dark metal is what gives this light its character.

What ceiling height do I need for this chandelier?

This chandelier has a 12 ft (3658 mm) total drop including the canopy. It works best in ceilings of at least 14–16 ft so the lowest pendant clears head height comfortably. For a staircase void, the bottom of the cascade should clear the landing by at least 7 ft.

Can I get a shorter or longer drop?

Yes. This is the standard 12 ft version. We can customise to your ceiling height — 8 ft, 10 ft, 15 ft, or more. Custom pieces are made in 15–20 working days from order confirmation. Tell us your ceiling height and we’ll confirm the right drop.

Is the alabaster real stone?

Yes. Each pendant uses natural alabaster — a soft, translucent mineral that glows from within when lit. The colour variation (gold, cream, brown veining) is natural and differs slightly in every piece. There is no alabaster-effect acrylic or synthetic material in this fixture.

What kind of electrician is needed for installation?

Any licensed electrician can install this chandelier. It wires to a standard ceiling junction box. The 3 ft canopy requires a ceiling-mounted hook or brace rated for the fixture weight. We include a wiring diagram with every order. For double-height or staircase installs, scaffolding is typically needed — plan for that in your project timeline.
