Know your light
This fluted wood wall light turns a ribbed wooden arm out of a round bronze plate and caps it with an opal glass dome. The wood is turned into stacked rings, so the arm catches light along every ridge. At 32 cm tall it suits a bedside or a hallway without dominating the wall.
Where it fits
A fluted wood wall light brings warmth that metal and glass alone cannot.
- Bedside: Mount at 140-150 cm. The opal dome throws soft light down onto a book, not into your face.
- Hallways: It projects 10 cm, so it clears shoulders in a narrow passage.
- Living room: A pair either side of a fireplace or artwork gives a room its finished layer.
- Powder rooms and dressing areas: Flank a mirror for even, shadow-free light on the face.
Why you will use it every day
Most wall lights give you one texture. This one gives you three.
Wood, bronze and opal glass sit together on a single small fixture. The turned rings of the fluted wood wall light break up what would otherwise be a plain stem, and the bronze plate grounds it against a pale wall.
The light itself is the practical part. 1015 lumens at 2700K is bright enough to read by and warm enough to relax under. And it dims — pair it with an ELV reverse-phase dimmer and you can take the same fixture from reading light down to a low evening glow.
There is no driver box to hide. The fixture runs directly off AC line voltage, so your electrician wires it like any ordinary point. The LED module is rated 50,000 hours, which is roughly 11 years at 12 hours a day.
We build it in our own Greater Noida factory and hold spare parts for 10+ years, so a replacement shade years from now is a reorder, not a hunt.
Light & finish
Switch it on and the opal glass does the work. The shade is dense enough to hide the LED entirely, so you see a glowing dome rather than a bright point.
Light spills mostly downward and outward, with a soft halo washing the wall behind. The fluted wood wall light reads as a warm pool at night rather than a spotlight.
Unlit, it still looks considered. The wood shows its grain across the turned rings, and the antique bronze plate and finial have a deep brown-black tone that sits with brass hardware, leather and walnut furniture.
Vaastu & positive energy
Wood is the one material Vaastu treats as actively warm and living.
A fluted wood wall light carries that quality onto a wall where you would otherwise have only metal or glass. The 2700K tone is on the warmer end, which is generally preferred in bedrooms and sitting areas where you want rest rather than alertness.
The dome faces upward and spills down, so there is no harsh beam at eye level. Rounded forms and no sharp corners suit fixtures mounted at head height.

Common questions
Where does a fluted wood wall light work best?
Beside a bed, along a hallway, flanking a mirror, or either side of a fireplace. Mount the centre at 140-150 cm. In a corridor, repeat it every 2-3 metres for an even rhythm.
Is the fluted wood wall light dimmable?
Yes, with an ELV reverse-phase dimmer. Standard leading-edge dimmers can cause flicker or buzz on this type of driver-free LED, so ask your electrician for ELV specifically.
Does it need a bulb or a separate driver?
Neither. The LED module is built in and the fixture connects straight to AC line voltage. There is no driver box to conceal in the wall.
How bright is this fluted wood wall light?
1015 lumens from 8 watts, at 2700K warm white. That is comfortable reading light at a bedside and enough for a hallway on its own.
Can I use the fluted wood wall light in a bathroom?
Only in a dry zone. It is IP20 and not weatherproof, so keep it well clear of showers and basins. For anything splash-prone, ask us about our IP65 range.
How long will the LED last?
50,000 hours on average. At 12 hours a day that is over 11 years. We hold spare parts for 10+ years, so the shade and module stay available.
Can I order a pair, or a different size?
Yes. Pairs are common for bedsides and fireplaces. Custom sizes and finishes run on a 15-20 day lead time, against 60-120 days for an imported equivalent. Tell us your wall measurements and we will suggest the spacing.
