White Pendant Light – Resin Flying Saucer Disc, 35 cm

Some lights only matter once they are on. This one is worth looking at even when it is off. Look up from your chair and you see a carved ceiling of curls and leaves.

This white pendant light is a 35 cm flying-saucer disc in matte white cast resin. Its underside carries a baroque relief, and a small carved drum sits at its centre. Switch it on and a built-in 3000K warm-white LED washes up across the carving and drops a soft pool of light through the drum. No bare bulb. No glare in your eyes.

What is this white pendant light made of?

The shade is cast resin. Resin is not stone or wood, and we will not pretend it is. It is poured into a mould and left to set, which is how a relief this fine keeps every curl crisp.

We cast it, lift it from the mould and finish it to a quiet matte white in our own Greater Noida factory. Then light does the rest. The warm glow catches each raised leaf and leaves a soft shadow in every hollow. The carving looks deeper at night than it does by day.

The ceiling canopy and fittings are 304-grade stainless steel with a white finish, so they fade into a white ceiling. The steel carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.

Where does a white saucer pendant work best?

Over a round dining table it is at its best. The flat disc holds your eye without crowding the food. Hang the bottom of the shade 75–90 cm above the table top.

One piece fills a breakfast nook, a foyer, a hallway or a bedside corner. In a living room it gives a reading chair or a side table its own warm pool. For a long table, hang two or three in a row. It looks planned, not crowded.

At 15 cm tall, the disc stays low-profile. It suits standard Indian ceiling heights and does not overpower a small room.

Light and fitting

The LED is built into the shade, so there is no bulb to buy and no wrong colour to pick. It gives a fixed warm 3000K light, kind to food and to faces. It is not dimmable. The LED module carries a 1-year warranty on orders from 4 October 2026.

The light runs on 220–240V. It hangs on Teflon-coated copper wire, 1.5 m as standard, shortened at installation to the drop you want. It is rated IP20, for indoor rooms. Any licensed electrician can fit it in 20–30 minutes, and our team will guide you free on a video call.
