Cylinder Pendant Light – Ribbed Clear Borosilicate Glass and Gold, 31–94 cm

Picture your dining table at 8 pm. One slim column of warm light hangs above it, and the room goes quiet in a good way. That is what this cylinder pendant light does.

It is a 12 cm wide cylinder of ribbed clear borosilicate glass, with an inner opal diffuser and a built-in 3000K warm-white LED. It is not a shade hiding a bulb. The whole column is the light. This is ribbed glass light at its simplest: the ribs hide the LED and spread the glow in soft vertical lines. Pick the height that suits your ceiling: 31 cm (one glass barrel), 60 cm (two) or 94 cm (three).

Borosilicate glass, ribbed by hand, lit from within

Glass begins as earth. Borosilicate glass is melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina. That is why it stays crystal-clear and pure.

Each barrel is formed with deep vertical ribs. Our craftsmen then fit the barrels one above the other on gold-finish 304-grade stainless steel joints, checking every seam lines up straight.

Switch it on and the ribs break the light into soft vertical lines. The opal diffuser inside spreads the LED evenly, so you see a warm glowing column from top to bottom. No hotspots. No visible LED dots. No glare.

Where a cylinder pendant light works best

Over a kitchen island, a long dining table or a reading corner, a slim vertical column of light makes sense anywhere.

• 31 cm (small): low ceilings and bedside use. Hang one each side of the bed in place of table lamps.
• 60 cm (medium): the sweet spot over most dining tables and kitchen islands.
• 94 cm (large): stairwells, foyers and double-height living rooms.

For a long table, hang three in a row about 80 cm above the surface. Mix one large and one small for an easy, uneven pair in a living room or beside a round dining table.

Light, steel and fitting

The LED is built in at 3000K warm white, close to candlelight. Food, skin and wood look their best in it. There is no bulb to buy and no socket to worry about. The integrated LED carries a 1-year warranty on the LED module (orders from 4 October 2026).

The canopy, rod, caps and joints are 304-grade stainless steel in a gold finish. Steel is the quiet frame here; the glass is the hero. It will not rust, and we back that with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.

It hangs on Teflon-coated copper wire, 1.5 m as standard, shortened at installation. It runs on 220–240V. It is not dimmable; it gives a fixed warm 3000K light. Rated IP20, for indoor rooms. Clean once a month with a dry cloth.
