Switch it off and let it cool first. Wipe each K9 crystal with a soft cloth, warm water and a drop of dish soap. Then dry it. Every 3 to 4 months is enough.
How long does chandelier delivery take in India?
In-stock pieces leave our factory within 4 working days, and shipping is free across India. Made-to-order pieces take 12 to 15 working days. Custom sizes take 15 to 20 days.
What if a crystal or glass part breaks after a few years?
Call us and we send the part. We keep spares for every design we make for 10+ years. Stainless steel parts also carry a lifetime rust warranty on orders from 4 October 2026.
