Overview
The alabaster tube chandelier is a brass frame lined with small tubes of natural alabaster, set above and below the frame. It comes in two versions. The Round version is a ring 24 in (61 cm) across with 24 lights. The Linear version is a bar 54 in (137 cm) long with 40 lights. Each tube shade is 4 in (10 cm) wide, and the drawing marks 6.3 in (16 cm) for the shade height across the frame. Both hang on brass chains. The overall height marked on the drawings is 78 in (198 cm). Alabaster is natural stone, so the veining and tone differ a little from one tube to the next. The Round version is a round brass chandelier for dining tables and living rooms, and the Linear version works as a kitchen island chandelier.

Bulbs and lighting
This alabaster tube chandelier uses G4 holders. Bulbs are not included. We recommend warm white 2700–3000 K LED G4 bulbs for the best glow through the stone.

Alabaster is a fine-grained natural stone, see alabaster on Wikipedia. Its translucence is what lets the tubes glow when lit. Colour and veining vary from piece to piece, which is part of the stone’s character.
