This is a real custom chandelier Noida project. JagMag Lights designed, made and installed two gold twisted-glass leaf chandeliers for SKA Orion, Sector 143B Noida. They hang in a double-height lobby, and the moment you walk in, you look up. That is exactly what a showpiece light is supposed to do.
No catalogue piece would have fit that ceiling. So we built both fixtures from scratch, sized to the room, in honey-gold glass on a gold-plated frame. Here is the full story, with real photos from the site.
Quick answer: A custom chandelier Noida buyers ask for means a light made to order for one room, not picked off a shelf. For SKA Orion we made two twisted-glass leaf chandeliers (the larger one 2140 x 1030 mm) on gold-plated frames, set into the lobby ceiling. JagMag manufactures every piece in India, so the size, colour and finish were all built to match the space.
Why SKA Orion wanted a custom chandelier in Noida
Picture the entrance lobby of a premium residential tower. High ceiling. Wide floor. Polished stone, warm wood panels.
Now put a small, normal light up there. It vanishes. The room feels empty and a little cheap.
Here’s the thing. A grand lobby needs a light that matches its scale. SKA Orion in Sector 143B Noida is a high-end project, and the shared lobby is the first thing every resident and guest sees. The builder wanted that first look to feel rich.
A ready-made chandelier could not do it. The ceiling was a specific shape and size. So they came to us for a custom chandelier in Noida, made to fit that exact spot.
The design: twisted glass leaves in honey gold
We didn’t want a boring crystal box. We wanted movement.
So the design uses dozens of twisted glass leaves in a warm honey-amber colour. Each leaf is hand-shaped, so no two catch the light in quite the same way. They hang at different heights, like leaves caught mid-fall.
The frame is gold-plated. Up close, you can see how clean the metalwork is, the leaves clipped in neat rows on a rectangular grid. From the floor, all those little gold leaves blur into one glowing, sculptural cloud.
Let me explain why that matters. A flat, even row of crystal looks like a ceiling tile. A staggered, twisting cascade looks alive. That is the difference between a fixture and a showpiece.

How we built this custom chandelier, step by step
People always ask how a piece like this comes together. Here’s the short version.
- Measure the room. We took the lobby’s real dimensions, not a guess. The fixture size came from the ceiling, so it would feel full but never crowd the space.
- Draw the design. We mapped the leaf pattern, the drop heights and the gold finish, then matched it to the project’s look.
- Make the glass. Each leaf was shaped and twisted by hand in our own workshop in India.
- Build the frame. The gold-plated grid was made to the exact size, with hidden wiring and a flush mount for the false ceiling.
- Install on site. Our team fitted both chandeliers, checked the light spread, and made sure every leaf sat right.

Why a manufacturer beats an importer for a project like this
Now you might be thinking, can’t any lighting shop do this? Not really. Here’s the catch.
Most lighting names in India are importers or stockists. They buy ready stock, often from China, and sell it. For a custom job, that’s a problem.
JagMag is a real manufacturer. Every light is made in our own factory in India. For a builder, that changes everything.
| What you care about | JagMag (manufacturer) | Typical importer |
|---|---|---|
| Custom size to fit your ceiling | Yes, built to order | Limited to stock sizes |
| Custom lead time | About 15 to 20 working days | Often 60 to 120 days |
| Spare parts later | Available 10+ years, we still make it | Hard once stock is gone |
| Site problem support | Our own team, fixed overnight | Wait on an overseas supplier |
| Same design again for phase 2 | Yes, we can remake it | Often out of stock |
For a phased residential project, that last row is gold. A builder can come back next year and get the exact same chandelier for the next tower. An importer usually can’t.
One more trust point: JagMag is a government-recognised (DPIIT) and government-funded Make-in-India lighting manufacturer. So this isn’t a one-off favour, it’s how we work every day.
Want a custom chandelier Noida project of your own? Here’s how to start
Say you have a lobby, a villa foyer, a double-height living room or a banquet hall. You want one showpiece that makes people look up.
Start with three things: your ceiling height, the floor area below the light, and the look you love. Send us those, and we design around them.
Tip from this project: in a double-height space, the chandelier should start high and stop about 7 to 8 feet above the floor, so the room reads as grand, not crowded. Design authorities like Seus Lighting’s two-story foyer guide say the same, and you can sanity-check rough size with the Lightology chandelier size calculator.
Prefer a ready-made statement piece instead of a full custom build? Our long Murano-glass staircase chandelier works beautifully in tall spaces.

FAQs about a custom chandelier in Noida
How much does a custom chandelier in Noida cost?
It depends on size, glass and finish. A small custom piece can start in the low lakhs, while a large lobby showpiece like SKA Orion costs more because of its scale and hand-made glass. Send us your ceiling size and we give you a clear quote.
How long does it take to make?
Because we manufacture in India, a custom chandelier usually takes about 15 to 20 working days. Importers often take 60 to 120 days for the same kind of work.
Can you match my interior theme and colour?
Yes. We pick the glass tone, the metal finish and the leaf or crystal style to match your room. SKA Orion used honey-gold glass on a gold frame to suit a warm, premium lobby.
Do you handle delivery and installation in Noida?
Yes. We deliver and our own team installs on site, including the ceiling mount and final light check. We work across Noida, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR and all of India.
Can I reorder the same design later for another tower?
Yes, and this is a big reason builders choose us. As the manufacturer, we can remake the exact same chandelier for phase two, even years later.
