In short: JagMag Lights built and installed a double height LED chandelier — four glowing gold rings cascading from one canopy — in the marketing office of SKA Destiny One, Zeta-1, Greater Noida. Around it, acrylic ring, panel, disc and globe chandeliers light the lobby and client-facing rooms. Every fixture was made in India, in JagMag’s own factory.

The room where flats get sold
Picture a Sunday afternoon on the Noida–Greater Noida Link Road.
A family walks into the SKA Destiny One marketing office. They’ve come to see a 3 BHK. But before any brochure opens, their eyes go up.
Four golden rings of light. Each one smaller than the last. Floating down from a tall ceiling like ripples in a pond.
That’s the moment the project starts feeling premium.
Here’s the thing. A marketing office is a showroom for a dream. SKA Destiny One is selling 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes in towers that rise 32 and 34 floors. The lighting in that first room had to feel as tall as the promise. So JagMag designed a double height LED chandelier as the centrepiece — and then lit the rest of the space to match.
Why a double height LED chandelier here?
A double height ceiling simply means the roof of one floor is removed, so the room is two storeys tall. Lots of air. Lots of empty vertical space.
And empty vertical space is a problem.
A flat panel light leaves it feeling like a warehouse. A small fixture gets swallowed. What works is a chandelier that drops down into the height — which is exactly what a cascading ring design does. Big ring on top, smaller rings stepping down, all hung from one gold canopy.
Now you might be thinking — won’t a fixture that big burn a hole in the electricity bill?
No. That’s the LED part. An old-style 12-arm fixture can draw around 720 watts. A similar LED chandelier runs on under 100 watts and lasts up to 50,000 hours. In a sales office where lights stay on 12 hours a day, that’s real money saved every month.
And cleaning? Smooth rings wipe clean in minutes. No thousand little crystals to handle one by one.
What else lights up SKA Destiny One?
This project isn’t a one-chandelier story. Walk past the double height area and the lighting keeps changing with the room.

Slim acrylic ring chandeliers — cousins of our Modern LED Ring Chandelier — keep the circulation areas light and contemporary. Acrylic panels framed in gold give the lobby ceiling a graphic look. Hand-finished stone-look discs glow like lanterns in the lounges. And glass globes soften the meeting corners.
Five fixture families. One project. One consistent gold-and-white language.
Which chandelier went where — and why?
This table is the quickest way to read the whole double height LED chandelier project at a glance.
| Zone | Fixture | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Double height area, marketing office | 4-ring cascading LED chandelier | Fills two storeys of vertical space; instant wow at entry |
| Lobby and walkways | Acrylic ring + panel chandeliers | Clean and modern; doesn’t crowd circulation paths |
| Client lounges | Stone-look disc chandeliers | Softer, richer glow for longer conversations |
| Meeting corners | Glass globe chandeliers | Gentle, even light that keeps focus on people |

How do you size a chandelier for a tall ceiling?
Planning a double height LED chandelier for your own lobby or stairwell? Three simple rules get you 90% there.
- Width: add the room’s length and width in feet. That number, in inches, is your chandelier diameter. A 20 × 15 ft lobby → roughly a 35-inch fixture.
- Drop: allow about 3 inches of fixture height for every foot of ceiling. A 20 ft ceiling can carry a fixture around 5 ft tall.
- Bottom line: in a two-storey space, keep the lowest ring around first-floor ceiling level, so nothing blocks the view across. This two-storey foyer guide breaks the maths down nicely.
Here’s the catch, though. Ready-made fixtures rarely land on the exact size your space needs. That’s why everything in this project was custom-built — JagMag makes a made-to-measure double height LED chandelier in 15–20 working days, against the 60–120 days importers typically quote.
Why builders like SKA pick JagMag
This is JagMag’s third SKA collaboration — see the SKA Divya Towers clubhouse and temple project and the SKA Orion custom chandelier.
Builders repeat a vendor for boring, practical reasons:
- 100% Make in India. JagMag is a DPIIT-recognised, government-funded manufacturer in Greater Noida — every fixture is made in-house, not imported.
- Spare parts for 10+ years. A ring module or driver fails in 2032? We manufacture the part again. Importers usually can’t.
- Overnight project support. Our own technicians fix site issues — no waiting on a supplier overseas.
- Reliable reorders. Tower 2 launches next year and needs the same fixtures? As the manufacturer, we make the exact design again, any time.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a double height LED chandelier costly to run?
No. LED rings typically use under 100 watts — a fraction of what an old-style fixture draws — and last up to 50,000 hours, so running and replacement costs stay low even with 12-hour daily use.
How long does a custom double height LED chandelier take to build?
JagMag manufactures custom fixtures in 15–20 working days in its own Indian factory. Imported custom fixtures usually take 60–120 days.
How is a chandelier cleaned at that height?
Access is planned before installation — scaffolding points or a lowering provision. Smooth LED rings also need far less cleaning than crystal, and JagMag’s team supports maintenance visits.
Can the same design be repeated in future towers or phases?
Yes. Because JagMag manufactures in-house, the exact same fixture can be made again years later — ideal for phased projects like SKA Destiny One.
