A tapered 304-grade stainless steel frame in a sand-cast matte black finish holds four clear borosilicate glass panels around one E27 holder (bulb not included; fit a 3000K warm-white LED). It is IP65 rated for entrances, verandas, balconies and gate walls, and is not dimmable.

Overview
You come home after dark. One warm lantern by the door shows the last few steps, the lock and the face of whoever opens it. This outdoor wall lantern does that job every evening, in rain or dust.
It is a tapered, four-sided lantern, 28 cm tall and 13 cm wide. A sand-cast textured matte black frame of 304-grade stainless steel holds four clear borosilicate glass panels around one E27 holder. It is rated IP65, so it is made to live outside.
Clear borosilicate glass in a stainless steel frame
Borosilicate glass is melted from natural raw ingredients: silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina. It is crystal-clear and stays that way. Here it is left clear on purpose, so nothing gets between you and the glow.
The frame is 304-grade stainless steel. It is cut, joined and given its sand-textured matte black finish in our Greater Noida factory. Then the four glass panels are set into the frame by hand, one side at a time, under a stepped roof and a square base plate.
Switch it on and the bulb glows amber through all four sides. Light falls down onto the step and the path below, and spills softly onto the wall behind. Unlit, the textured black reads as architectural, not industrial. It sits well on white plaster, stone cladding and exposed brick.
Where an outdoor wall lantern works best
- Beside the front door or courtyard gate. At 28 cm it stays in scale with a standard door frame without taking it over.
- On a covered balcony or veranda. IP65 handles the rain and humidity that reach a semi-open wall.
- On an exterior facade or boundary wall. A pair spaced 90–120 cm apart lights the approach evenly and gives the wall a balanced, designed look.
- At a patio corner or garden wall. The warm glow makes evenings outside easier to use and marks the edge of the space.
It suits homes, hotels, cafés and other commercial exteriors. It looks right next to wooden doors, stone cladding, white plaster and dark gate pillars.
Coming home, the glow marks the threshold, so there is no fumbling for keys. Guests know exactly where to walk. Left on through the evening, it tells the street the home is lived in, without the glare of a floodlight. On a balcony, one lantern is enough to sit out comfortably.
Light and fitting: will it handle the monsoon?
Yes. It is rated IP65: dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. For the longest life, we still suggest a spot with some overhang or canopy above it.
The frame, backplate and wall bracket are 304-grade stainless steel in a sand-cast matte black finish. It will not rust, and it carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
It takes one E27 bulb, up to 60 W. The bulb is not included; fit a 3000K warm-white LED. The panels are clear, so the bulb is on show. A warm 3000K filament-style LED gives the lantern the most character after dark. It runs on 220–240V and is not dimmable.
How to fit it. Mount it 150–170 cm above the floor, centred beside the door or gate pillar. Leave 15 cm clear on either side. Any licensed electrician fits it in 20–30 minutes, and we help on a free video call.

Vastu
Vastu tradition treats the main entrance as the place where energy enters a home. The guidance is simple: keep the door well lit, and never leave the entrance dark or gloomy after sunset.
Warm, yellow light is preferred at the door in the evening. It recalls sunlight and the fire element, like a diya at the threshold. A west-facing entrance is kept especially bright. This lantern takes a warm 3000K LED and gives a steady glow, and its clear glass keeps that light open and unfiltered. Black stainless steel brings a grounded, solid frame.
Tradition also favours balance. A matched pair on either side of a doorway lights both sides evenly and leaves no dark corner. Vastu is a tradition of arranging a home so it feels right to come back to. That is all we claim for it.

FAQ
What size is this outdoor wall lantern, and how high should I mount it?
It is 28 cm tall and 13 cm wide, so it sits beside a standard single door without crowding it. Mount it 150–170 cm above the floor so the glow lands on the threshold and the step.
Can it stay outside in the rain?
Yes. It is rated IP65, dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. A spot with some overhang above it gives the longest life.
Which bulb does it take, and is a bulb included?
It takes one E27 bulb up to 60 W, and the bulb is not included. Fit a 3000K warm-white LED; the clear glass shows the bulb, so a filament-style LED looks best.
Is it dimmable?
No. This light is not dimmable. It gives a fixed warm 3000K light.
Will the frame rust?
No. The frame, backplate and bracket are 304-grade stainless steel with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026. To keep the glass clear, wipe the panels with a damp cloth when hard-water spots build up.
