Overview
One broken leaf can make a whole chandelier look tired. This snake plant glass leaf is the spare part that fixes it, one of the chandelier spare parts we make in our own Greater Noida factory. It is a tall, upright leaf in clear borosilicate glass, made to hang on the arms of a chandelier or jhumar alongside other leaves and glass balls.
This is a chandelier spare part, not a light. It has no bulb, no wiring and no fitting of its own. You hang it on an existing chandelier or use it while building a new one.
What it is made of
Each leaf is clear borosilicate glass, melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina. Borosilicate glass stays crystal-clear and handles the heat near a bulb better than ordinary glass. Light passes straight through the clear leaf, so it sparkles when the chandelier is on.
The leaf is shaped after the upright snake-plant leaf: long, narrow and pointed. At 270 mm it is one of the taller leaves in our range, so it suits larger chandelier arms and statement jhumars.
