Glass Fig Leaf – Clear Borosilicate Chandelier Component (100 mm, Box of 100)

The glass fig leaf is a clear borosilicate decorative component cast in the shape of a peepal (sacred fig) leaf, used to build, refresh, and restore chandeliers, jhumars, wall lights, and pendant fixtures. Each leaf measures 100 × 90 mm and is finished by hand — the moulded veins catch the light and scatter fine reflections across the room. Because Jagmag Lights manufactures this piece in-house, the same component stays available for reorders, restoration work, and large project runs for years.

Where it fits

• Chandelier and jhuma restoration — replace chipped or missing glass leaves on heritage fixtures without compromising the original look or scale.
• Custom chandelier builds — string multiple leaves in tiers to create cascading translucent effects on bare frames, alone or mixed with other glass components.
• Wall light accents — mount individually on a backplate or bracket to add texture and sparkle to wall-mounted fixtures.
• Interior project work — architects and lighting contractors use these when specifying bespoke decorative light installations for lobbies, banquet halls, and large living spaces. Explore the full range of glass chandelier components for coordinated builds.

Why you’ll use it every day

Restoring a chandelier means finding the exact replacement piece — generic parts rarely match the vein pattern or scale. The 100 mm fig leaf fits most standard Indian jhuma frames, so craftspeople keep a stock on hand rather than hunting for a match each time one breaks. Designers specifying new fixtures find that ordering in bulk (100 pieces per box) keeps the project timeline predictable — pieces arrive together, not in dribs and drabs. And because Jagmag Lights manufactures in-house, this component will still be available when you need to reorder in six months or three years.

Light & finish

Clear borosilicate glass is colourless and highly transparent. When mounted in a chandelier, each leaf acts as a small lens — bulb light passes through the moulded veins and scatters in fine, overlapping arcs across ceiling and wall surfaces. Unlit, the leaves appear crystal-clear with a faint depth created by the vein relief. The finish pairs naturally with gold, antique brass, silver, and chrome frame finishes, and complements both warm-white and cool-white light sources without altering colour tone.

This is a passive decorative component. No electrical specifications apply.

Thread the hole at the top of each leaf onto the chandelier frame wire, pin, or hook. Suitable for horizontal or angled wire arrangements on standard jhuma and chandelier frames. No tools required — leaves hang freely from the fitting point.
