Borosilicate Glass Stones – 50×30 mm Clear Chandelier Component

These borosilicate glass stones are precision-cut, faceted decorative lighting components made from high-clarity borosilicate glass. Each stone measures 50 × 30 mm and is designed to build, restore or decorate chandeliers, jhumars, wall lights, hanging lights, floor lamps and table lamps. Available in Clear, Gold, Green and Dark Green finishes, they suit both traditional heritage fixtures and eclectic contemporary designs across residential and commercial settings.

Where it fits

• Chandeliers and ballroom jhumars: String them along arms or drop them as single pendants on large multi-arm frames — the 50 × 30 mm size works well in dense clusters and spaced-out arrangements alike.
• Wall lights and sconces: Use as side-drop ornaments or to fill decorative rings on wall brackets, adding sparkle at eye level.
• Hanging lights and pendant frames: Thread multiple stones onto wire or chain drops to build layered, prism-effect pendants for dining rooms and hotel lobbies.
• Restoration and repair projects: Consistent 50 × 30 mm sizing makes these a like-for-like replacement when a stone is lost or damaged on an existing fitting.

Why you’ll use it every day

Restorers value the consistent sizing because you thread these straight onto existing chandelier wire without measuring or adjusting — they match standard mounting hardware without modification. Manufacturers sourcing chandelier glass parts in volume get predictable optical quality from batch to batch, so the finished fitting looks uniform from every angle. If you’re refreshing a vintage jhumar that’s missing a few stones, the Clear finish blends invisibly with original crystal fittings. For hotel and banquet hall designers adding sparkle to a new commission, the Gold and Green variants let you colour-match the scheme without waiting on custom orders.

Light & finish

Unlit, the faceted surface catches ambient daylight and scatters small prism-like highlights across walls and ceiling, so the chandelier reads as a decorative object even with the lights off. When illuminated, the clear borosilicate glass transmits the light source with minimal colour shift, creating sharp, diamond-like sparkles rather than a diffused glow. The Gold finish adds a warm amber tint to each refracted point of light — well suited to traditional and heritage interiors. Green and Dark Green cast a cooler, accent-toned sparkle that works in eclectic, art-deco and statement designs. All four finishes are consistent across each piece in a batch, so mixed arrangements look intentional rather than mismatched.
