Blue Marbled Glass Ball for Chandelier – 6 Inch Borosilicate Globe
A 6 inch blue glass ball for chandeliers, made of hand-blown borosilicate glass and marbled in ocean blue, cream and gold. Every swirl falls its own way, so no two balls match. Switch the light on and the colours glow soft and warm. It fits a standard open-top glass-ball holder, so one cracked shade becomes a quick fix, not a new chandelier.

Overview
One cracked globe should not mean a whole new chandelier. This blue marbled glass ball for chandelier lets you fix the arm that broke, or give a tired fixture a fresh face.
It is a 6 inch (15 cm) hollow ball of hand-blown borosilicate glass, with one opening for the holder. The surface is marbled in ocean blue, cream and soft gold. Each swirl falls its own way, so no two balls are the same. Find more single balls and shades in our chandelier parts and lighting components range.
What is this glass ball made of?
Borosilicate glass, the same glass we use across every JagMag light. It is melted from natural raw ingredients: silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina.
The colour goes in while the glass is made. Then a craftsman shapes the ball by hand and lets the blue, cream and gold run their own way. He does not try to make the pattern even. That is the point.
Borosilicate glass handles the heat of a lamp far better than ordinary glass. So it suits a light you switch on every single evening.
What does the light do with it?
Off, the ball is a small piece of art. The glossy surface catches the room light and shows its swirls from across the hall.
On, the glass softens the bulb into a gentle, spread-out glow. No hard glare, no bright hot spot. With a warm 3000K bulb in your fixture, the cream and gold veins warm up and the blue turns deep and calm.
Look up from below and the opening shows a second view of the marbling, gold and dark grey inside. The pattern changes as you move around it.
Which lights does a 6 inch glass ball fit?
- Multi-arm chandeliers and jhumars: use four, six or eight balls across the arms. Each one is marbled a little differently, which adds life, not sameness.
- Single pendants: one 6 inch ball makes a small sculptural globe, lovely even when the light is off.
- Wall lights: any wall light whose holder takes a round open-top globe.
- Table and floor lamps: swap a plain shade for a marbled one and refresh a base you already love.
Think of it as a glass globe for light fixtures with a standard holder. It slips onto standard chandelier sockets and glass-ball holders, the kind used in most jhumars and multi-arm fixtures. Not sure about yours? Send us a photo of the holder on WhatsApp and we will check the fit with you on a free video call.
The gold veins pick up brushed gold and antique brass frames beautifully. Against a matte black frame, the blue reads cooler and more modern. Every JagMag frame in these finishes is 304-grade stainless steel. The ball is made for indoor fixtures only.

FAQ
What size is this glass ball?
It is 6 inch, about 15 cm across. That suits one arm of a multi-arm chandelier or a single small pendant.
Will it fit my chandelier?
It fits standard chandelier sockets and open-top glass-ball holders, used in most jhumars and multi-arm fixtures. Send us a photo of your holder on WhatsApp and we will confirm the fit on a free video call.
Is this a complete light?
No. It is the glass ball only, a spare part for a light you already own. There is no bulb, holder or wire in the box.
Will every ball look the same?
No. Each ball is marbled by hand, so your blue, cream and gold swirl is yours alone. Order several and you get a family of patterns, not copies.
Is it real borosilicate glass?
Yes. It is borosilicate glass melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina, with the colour added while the glass is made. It handles the heat of a lamp better than ordinary glass.
How fast will it reach me?
In stock, it ships in 4 working days. If not, we make it for you in 12–15 working days, and a custom size or colour takes 15–20 days. Shipping is free across India.
