Know your light
This linear brass chandelier puts eight E27 bulbs on a single 60 cm brass-finish rod — the kind of fixture that does the heavy lifting in a dining room, a kitchen island, or a double-height living space. Each clear glass shade throws light downward and sideways at the same time, giving you a warm, layered glow rather than one harsh pool.
Why eight lights make it a chandelier
A single pendant has one or two bulbs and one drop point. This fixture has eight bulb holders on one shared frame — that is the definition of a chandelier. It just happens to hang in a line instead of a cluster, which is what makes it work over rectangular tables and long islands where a round chandelier would leave the ends in shadow.
Where it fits best
Position it above a 150–200 cm dining table for full-length coverage. It also works as the anchor light in open-plan living rooms, above a kitchen island, or in hotel and restaurant dining areas. The linear silhouette suits modern, industrial, and transitional interiors. If you prefer a round or clustered look, browse the full chandeliers collection.
Installation
Mounts to a standard ceiling junction box via the included canopy. Adjustable drop length via the rod and chain. Requires a licensed electrician for ceiling wiring.

Common questions
Is a linear multi-light fitting a chandelier or a pendant?
It is a chandelier. A pendant has one bulb holder per drop. A chandelier has multiple bulb holders on a shared fixture body. This 8-light brass fitting qualifies as a chandelier — it simply hangs in a linear form rather than a round cluster.
What dining table size does this chandelier suit?
Dining tables 150–200 cm long. The 60 cm fixture span leaves 45–70 cm of clear space on each side — the standard rule for comfortable dining room lighting.
Is this brass chandelier dimmable?
Yes — pair it with dimmable E27 LED bulbs (not included) and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer switch. Works with any E27 bulb up to the socket’s rated wattage.
What ceiling height does this chandelier need?
Minimum 8 ft (2.4 m). For dining rooms, hang the bottom of the fixture 75–85 cm above the table surface — the drop rod is adjustable to suit most ceiling heights.
What bulb colour temperature works best with clear glass shades?
2700K–3000K warm white LED bulbs. They give the warmest, most flattering light through clear glass and bring out the brass finish. Avoid cool white (5000K+) — it flattens the brass tone and creates harsh shadows.
Can I use this chandelier in a living room?
Yes. The linear form works as a statement light over a console table, above a sectional sofa, or as a bold centrepiece in a double-height living room. Eight bulbs give you enough output to light a 200–250 sq ft space on their own.
