Will this fit my ceiling?
Pick a size that leaves at least 7 ft of clear floor space below the chandelier. For 8–10 ft ceilings, choose smaller sizes; for 12 ft and above, the larger drops look proportionate. If you are unsure, share your ceiling height with our designers and we will recommend a size.
Who installs this for me?
Any qualified local electrician can install this. Hardware and a step-by-step manual are in the box. Our team will guide your electrician live over a free video call — no extra cost — so the install is right the first time.
Is this hardwired?
Yes. The fixture is hardwired into your ceiling or wall point. A qualified electrician handles the connection in 60–90 minutes. Operates on 240 V AC.
Are bulbs included?
Bulbs are not included with the fixture so you can choose the right colour temperature for your space. The bulb type and base are listed under specifications.
Is this dimmable?
Yes — with a compatible dimmable bulb and a dimmer switch on the circuit. The fixture itself supports dimming; the bulb and switch are not included.
What if it arrives broken?
