Overview
Switch on this glass disc chandelier and your ceiling turns gold. Dozens of fluted discs in clear and amber borosilicate glass catch the light and fan it out in fine rays, like a low evening sun. It comes in three sizes: a Ø 60 cm round, a Ø 100 cm round and a 103 cm linear bar for a long table.
Fluted glass discs that hold the light
Each disc is borosilicate glass, melted from silica sand, boric oxide, soda ash and alumina. The amber is added while the glass is made, so the colour is in the glass, not painted on. Every disc carries a sunburst of fluted ribs that runs from the centre to the edge.
Our craftsman sets the discs one by one on the frame, each held by a small gold cap. He overlaps clear and amber in tiers, so no angle looks flat. Light passes clean through the clear discs and turns warm through the amber ones. The ribs break it into soft rays on your ceiling and walls.
Unlit, the glass still works. It catches daylight and throws small sparkles across the room.
Where a disc chandelier works best
Hang it over your dining table and every meal sits in a warm, golden pool of light. In the living room it gives the seating a centre and a reason to look up. The Ø 100 cm size fills a double-height hall, a hotel lobby or a reception foyer. The linear bar lines up with a kitchen island or a long dining table.

Light, frame and fitting
The frame, arms, chain or rods and canopy are 304-grade stainless steel in a satin gold finish. The steel does not rust, and it carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
The round sizes hang on a chain from a round gold canopy. The linear bar hangs on two slim rods from a rectangular canopy plate. Each comes on 1.5 m of chain or rod as standard, shortened to your height at installation.
Each holder is E14. Bulbs are not included, so fit 3000K warm-white LED bulbs; a 4–6W LED in each is plenty. This light is not dimmable. It runs on 220–240V and is rated IP20, made for indoor rooms.

Vastu
Vastu tradition asks for soft, warm light in the evening where the family eats. Warm white at 3000K does exactly that. The amber discs add a golden tone, close to the yellow and beige shades Vastu guides suggest for a dining room.
Many Vastu guides also say the dining area sits best in the west or north-west of a home, with the family facing east or north at the table. Hang the chandelier centred over the table, so the light falls evenly and nobody sits in glare. Keep the room uncluttered and well lit, with no dark corners.
Glass on a steel frame keeps the light open and clear rather than heavy. Vastu is a tradition of arranging a home so it feels right. We don’t promise luck, only a warm, calm room to eat in.

FAQ
What size glass disc chandelier do I need?
Pick the Ø 60 cm for a compact dining room, the Ø 100 cm for a large hall or lobby, and the 103 cm linear bar for a long table or kitchen island. Hang it 75–90 cm above the table top. The Ø 60 cm and the linear bar suit a 9 ft ceiling; the Ø 100 cm looks best at 10–12 ft.
Which bulbs does this chandelier take?
It takes E14 bulbs, which are not included. Fit 3000K warm-white LEDs of 4–6W each. The number of bulbs varies by size, and the linear bar takes five.
Is this chandelier dimmable?
No. This light is not dimmable. It gives a fixed warm 3000K light.
Will the gold frame rust?
No. The frame, chain, rods and canopy are 304-grade stainless steel in a satin gold finish. The steel carries a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
Can I adjust the hanging height?
