3. Dispute Resolution Process

3.1 Mandatory Internal Complaint Resolution
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, customers must attempt to resolve disputes through the company's internal grievance redressal mechanism by submitting a detailed written complaint to jagmaglights@gmail.com.

Process:

  • Step 1: Email complaint with subject "Complaint - [Order ID]" to the official email.

  • Step 2: Company acknowledgment and assignment of a unique reference number within 24 business hours.

  • Step 3: Investigation and review by the company (up to 15 days).

  • Step 4: Written response with findings and proposed resolution within 30 days of submission.

Only after completing this internal process may the customer pursue legal action through the District Court of Greater Noida.


4. Product Quality and Warranty

All products sold by Jagmag Lights Pvt. Ltd. are decorative and fragile in nature. As such, they are sold “as is” and do not come with any warranty, including manufacturing or performance warranties.

4.2 Claims and Returns
While products are sold without warranty, any issues related to damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting jagmaglights@gmail.com / info@jagmaglights.com with proof of purchase and images of the damaged product.

4.3 Limitations of Liability
Jagmag Lights Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any defects, damages, or losses arising after delivery, except for damages caused during shipping as specified in section 4.2. The company shall not be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages under any circumstances.


5. Refund and Return Policy

5.1 Return Eligibility
Due to the fragile nature of our decorative lighting products, returns are only accepted in cases of damage during shipping. Products must be reported as damaged within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Products damaged after delivery or due to handling by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

To report shipping damage, contact jagmaglights@gmail.com / info@jagmaglights.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and clear images of the damage. Upon verification, we will provide a Return Authorization and arrange for either a replacement or a refund of the product cost. Approved claims will be processed within 10 business days.
