Alabaster Hexagon Chandelier

This alabaster hexagon chandelier is made of many thin hexagon tiles of natural alabaster, each hung on its own fine brass chain from a brass ceiling plate. LED lights set in the ceiling plate shine down through the tiles, so the stone glows warm and shows its grey and gold veining. It comes in two shapes. The Round version gathers the tiles into a layered cluster that narrows to a point at the bottom, 60 cm (23.6 in) across. The Rectangular version arranges the tiles in a long layered band under a 32 in (81 cm) ceiling plate. Both use an inbuilt 24 W LED. Alabaster is natural stone, so the veining and tone differ from tile to tile.
