Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to return a product, no question will be asked, Jagmag Lights will charge you a 15% re-stocking fee.

You can request a return only within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Products need to be returned using your own courier in their original packaging.

Please write to us at, or call us on our support numbers, and we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, barcodes, labels, user manuals, warranty cards, invoices, etc.

It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to products during transit.

The returned products are subject to verification and checks by Jagmag Lights in order to determine the legitimacy of the return.

Any products returned in a damaged condition will not be refunded.

Microscopic defects that are not visible when the products are installed will not be entertained for refund, return, or exchange.

Upon receiving Your complaint, Jagmag Light shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Jagmag Light is convinced that the complaint is genuine, We will start initiating the replacement process.

It takes 3-5 working days for us to refund once the product reaches us in the good condition.


We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. Should you discover a defect in your product, however, please contact us immediately. The product that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer’s responsibility as we encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the product you order fits into your entryway and rooms.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or customized products cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel the confirmed order only within 24 hours of placing the order by Emailing us at Post 24 hours no cancellations are allowed.
