Overview
Some lights you stop noticing after a week. This one you keep looking up at. Our ceramic ginkgo leaf chandelier carries dozens of glazed white porcelain leaves on slim gold-finish branches, 85 cm across. Your dining table finally has something to gather under.
It sits close to the ceiling on a short rod, so it works even where the ceiling is not very high. Light spills up and out between the leaves.
A ceramic ginkgo leaf chandelier made from real porcelain
Porcelain is earth. It begins as fine white clay, from the same family as the terracotta and pottery Indian homes have used for centuries.
Our craftsman shapes each ginkgo leaf by hand: the soft fan, the little split down the middle. Then he glazes it and fires it in the kiln. The fire turns soft clay into hard, glossy porcelain.
No two leaves come out exactly alike. A curl here, a thinner edge there. That small difference is how you know a person made it.
Switch it on and the warm light catches the glaze. The leaves move from flat white to soft gold, and throw dappled shadows across the ceiling above.
Where does a ceramic ginkgo leaf chandelier look best?
Centre it over a 6–8 seater dining table, 70–90 cm above the top. At 85 cm wide, it fills the space above the table without crowding it.
It is just as good in a large living room or drawing room, a foyer with a 10 ft ceiling, a hotel lobby or a boutique suite. In a bedroom, hang it at the centre of the room, not over the bed, so the bulbs never shine in your eyes.

Light and fitting
The branches, the short rod and the round ceiling canopy are 304-grade stainless steel with a satin gold finish. The steel will never rust, and we back that with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
The light comes from E14 candle holders tucked between the leaves. Bulbs are not included. Fit 3000K warm-white LEDs of 4–6W each; each holder takes up to 40W. Use the same bulb in every holder for an even glow.
The chandelier is not dimmable. It gives a fixed warm light. It is IP20, made for indoor rooms, and runs on 220–240V. Teflon-coated copper wire carries the power, and the drop is set to your ceiling at installation.

Which bulbs does it take, and are they included?

Yes, every leaf is real porcelain, shaped, glazed and kiln-fired by hand. The frame is 304-grade stainless steel with a satin gold finish, with a lifetime warranty against rusting on orders from 4 October 2026.
How is it installed, and can I change the drop?
Any licensed electrician can fit it, and we give free video-call support while they do. The drop is set to your ceiling at installation, and the installation sheet in the box covers 9, 10 and 12 ft ceilings.
